Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree or equivalent, 3+ years in Event Management or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
• Strong financial management and billing reconciliation experience across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Own delivery elements of assigned events projects, using standard processes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage timelines and logistics for multiple programs monthly.
• Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage event registration processes and reporting.
• Proactively address client or project issues with management and account teams.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client contacts and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal support areas; navigate tech platforms and data sharing tools.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial aspects for projects.
• Travel for client meetings or site inspections as needed (approx. 1–2 times annually).
