Job summary

Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, WI seeks an Event Services Sales Coordinator to drive year-round event bookings and support events beyond the annual Fair. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to respond to RFPs, negotiate space rentals, and prepare license agreements for client approval.

You will manage the client calendar in Momentus/CRM, coordinate with catering and concessions partners, and ensure high guest experiences. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event sales and customer service required.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.
• CRM familiarity and ability to manage multiple calendars and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients via calls, events, proposals and outreach.
• Respond to RFP submissions and discuss venue rental terms with clients.
• Draft and modify facility license agreements before finalization.
• Manage client booking calendars and contract files in Momentus/CRM.
• Coordinate events on-site with multiple park departments and partners.
• Provide on-site support and ensure excellent guest experiences.
