The role emphasizes technical consulting, project coordination, and customer-focused execution in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work at Gillette, WY with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, systems engineering, or related technical role.
• Experience deploying enterprise software solutions in client-facing environments preferred.
• Experience configuring and supporting network infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and relational database management systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business and technical requirements to develop implementation strategies.
• Configure, customize, and deploy software solutions based on customer needs.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and related hardware.
• Customize applications using configuration settings, APIs, scripts, or code.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and deployment records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Product, and Support teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide technical training and ongoing support to clients and internal users.
• Perform system testing, validation, and QA before production deployment.
• Manage multiple implementation projects, meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor software licensing and subscriptions for currency and cost efficiency.
