PMY Group in Culver City, CA is seeking a Client Facing Data Analyst to translate data into actionable insights for clients. You will define KPIs, shape trusted reporting, and apply AI-assisted analytics to accelerate discovery.

This onsite role spans performance, commercial, and operational data with collaboration across engineering and cross-functional teams. You will own analytics end-to-end—from data validation and dashboard development to delivering insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or analytics-focused role with reporting focus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to produce accurate, actionable insights.
• Run regular data quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity across data pipelines.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic decision-making.
• Use AI-assisted analytics tools for ad hoc data exploration and faster discovery.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor KPIs and key metrics.
• Present findings clearly to clients and stakeholders with business-ready recommendations.
• Own analytics end-to-end: data validation, dashboard development, and delivery of insights.
• Collaborate with engineering to provide clients access to analytics tools and data sources.
