Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Cyber Strategy to lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements for clients across industries. You will assess programs, develop target operating models, and deliver executive-level recommendations that align security with business goals.

You will manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, monitor industry trends and regulatory developments, and contribute to business development efforts while collaborating with EY's broader capabilities to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a graduate degree with 4+ years of experience.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, strategy/roadmap development, operating model and organizational design.

Responsibilities

Lead and support cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements across industries.
Assess programs, operating models, governance structures, policies, standards, and controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Develop cybersecurity strategies, target operating models, governance frameworks, and executive recommendations.
Manage engagement workstreams, lead teams, and ensure delivery within timelines and budgets.
