Owl Pest Prevention & Western Pest Services seeks a Customer Service Representative in Hyattsville, MD to bridge customers and service technicians. You will coordinate schedules, resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and communicate with field operations.

Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, scheduling, and maintaining records. This role requires a client-facing, detail-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers.
• Strong collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
