Job summary

Onity Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Asset Manager, Commercial Servicing to proactively monitor CRE loan assets and serve as the point of contact for borrowers and investors.

This role is an individual contributor position reporting to a manager and collaborating with multiple internal units. The candidate will oversee loan covenants, insurance requirements, delinquencies, and loan-level analytics while delivering best-in-class customer service and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to provide best-in-class customer service.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to interpret loan documents and perform complex calculations.
• Experience with CRE loan servicing and data analysis is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for borrowers, investors, and internal teams to resolve servicing inquiries.
• Oversee CRE loan portfolio and ensure compliance with covenants and reporting requirements.
• Coach and mentor Asset Managers on CRE loan documents and complex draws.
• Prepare and review loan servicing packages and investor reporting.
• Lead client calls/meetings to review loan performance and address issues.
