Onity Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager, Commercial Servicing in Florida to support a team of Portfolio Managers. This role focuses on quality collection, surveillance, and problem resolution for commercial real estate loans.

You will handle borrower inquiries, perform daily servicing tasks, and coordinate with internal departments while adhering to investor guidelines and company policies. The role emphasizes professionalism and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initial contact for all calls related to the commercial loan portfolio.
• Participate in outbound campaigns for delinquency resolution and document collection.
• Handle borrower inquiries, payment inquiries, escrow matters, and servicing questions.
• Assist Portfolio Manager with surveillance and servicing tasks as needed.
• Maintain loan records and coordinate with internal departments.
