McCoy-Rockford, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all project phases from inception through closeout, coordinating resources, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and field coordination experience across commercial projects, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management, implementation, client delivery, or construction coordination experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent commercial projects with schedule, budget, and vendor accountability required.
• Experience in contract furniture, commercial interiors, architectural systems, flooring, construction, or specialty services strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating installation sequencing, subcontractors, logistics, and closeout documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of project lifecycle from conception to closeout.
• Prepare labor and material quotes; participate in kickoff meetings.
• Coordinate site verification, meetings, and scheduling requirements.
• Plan routes, sequencing, and installation timings across sites.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, materials, and internal teams.
• Manage punch lists, invoicing milestones, and final turnover.
