Job summary

McCownGordon Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead preconstruction, budgeting, procurement, and self-perform strategies on complex building projects in Missouri. The role collaborates with clients, architects, and trades to develop plans, review contracts, and manage safety and quality on site.

You will drive schedule performance, cost control, risk mitigation, and field coordination, supported by Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in project management on construction projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management plan.
• Supports Project Financial Plan development and updates.
• Participates in Bid Package development and review of bid packages to facilitate buyout.
• Leads bid evaluations and trade partner buyouts.
• Manages procurement process and self-perform strategy.
• Ensures safety plans and site safety walks are conducted.
• Reviews owner contracts and ensures contract terms understood.
