Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking experienced AI engineers to embed with clients, shaping and delivering Agentic AI solutions that transform sales, service, and operations. You will partner with Sales to uncover opportunities, develop cases, and deliver prototypes at client sites.

The role emphasizes production readiness, governance, and mentoring junior teammates while collaborating with Accenture Song's ecosystem of AI platforms and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical or engineering role with experience supporting Sales & Revenue Processes and Platforms.
• 3+ years of experience building AI or LLM-powered applications in production with hands-on AI/ML tooling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing discovery to identify AI use cases with high impact.
• Design Architectures and rapid prototypes of Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop business cases and responses to RFPs.
• Lead on-site AI workshops with client leadership and technical teams.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery from initial meeting to production handoff.
• Integrate AI agents with client data platforms and workflows.
• Harden production solutions with testing, evals, observability, cost, latency, safety.
• Establish AI governance and responsible deployment.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building.
