Accenture is hiring a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, and ServiceNow.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade workflows, focusing on security, governance, and enterprise reliability while maintaining a builder’s mindset and strong engineering depth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience including Python, TS/JS, Java
• 2+ years of experience with modern AI/ML platforms and enterprise integrations
• Experience translating business needs into technical designs in large orgs
• Strong client-facing communication and delivery leadership

Responsibilities

• Understand client problems and shape AI use cases from ambiguous requirements
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise systems
• Prototype and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for high-value outcomes
• Own solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, governance
• Lead technical best practices for secure, scalable AI deployments
