Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to translate business problems into production-grade AI workflows. You will work directly with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, prototype, deploy, and scale AI solutions across platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, and ServiceNow.

The role demands deep engineering expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and distributed production systems.
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation model providers.
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises or professional services.
• 5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms).
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, including leading technical discussions in ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (12 years) of work experience; Associate’s degree requires 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms like SAP, ServiceNow and Salesforce.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations into real production environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders for scalable solutions.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt/workflow design, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Provide technical leadership for responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment.
