Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows integrated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and enterprise platforms like SAP and ServiceNow.

You will design end-to-end AI solutions, prototype rapidly, and serve as the technical bridge among product, engineering, data, and business teams, guiding architecture, security, and governance for scalable deployment.

Qualifications

5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TS/JS, Java) with API integrations and production systems.
2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises
5+ years enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms)
5+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration in ambiguity-driven environments
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (12 years)

Responsibilities

Understand client problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions from evolving requirements.
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
Rapidly prototype, deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, or copilots into production.
Serve as technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
Drive solution architecture: prompt design, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
Ensure security, privacy, governance and scalable deployment.
