Accenture PLC is building out AI Forward Deployed Engineers within the Song – Sales practice to embed with clients, design, prototype, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that transform selling, serving, and operations. You will partner with Sales teams to win business, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable ROI.

You will own end-to-end technical work from discovery through prototype, production rollout, adoption, and handoff, integrating AI agents with client systems while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a client-facing technical or engineering role supporting Sales & Revenue Processes.
• 3+ years of experience building AI/LLM-powered applications in production with modern tooling.
• Portfolio of real-world AI projects or deployed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing discovery to identify AI use cases with high impact.
• Design Agentic AI architectures and rapid prototypes to show value.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop business cases, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Lead on-site AI workshops and co-creation sessions with client teams.
• Own end-to-end technical solution from first meeting to production handoff.
• Integrate AI agents with client data platforms and workflows.
• Harden production solutions with testing, evals, observability, cost/latency checks.
• Establish AI governance and ensure responsible deployment at client environments.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building.
