Job summary

Talkdesk is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager (FDPM) to bridge banking/insurance clients with our engineering teams. You’ll blend product strategy, technical delivery, and client partnership, embedding with banks and carriers to translate workflows into AI-powered solutions that ship.

In this role you’ll lead client discovery, design scoping, and end-to-end deployments, working with engineers, ML teams, and solution architects. Travel up to 25-35% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech with banking/insurance ops exposure.
• Experience in client-facing delivery roles driving outcomes.
• Ability to map complex workflows to structured requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–35%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary product contact for banking and insurance clients and manage relationships.
