Job summary

Talkdesk, Inc. is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager (FDPM) to act as the bridge between clients and engineering, embedding with banks, credit unions, and insurers to translate workflows into AI-powered solutions.

In this role you will combine product strategy, technical delivery, and client partnership, liaising with executives and field teams to drive deployment, measurement, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or fintech with hands-on banking or insurance operations exposure.
• Proven client-facing delivery experience: implementation, technical project management, or solutions consulting.
• Able to map complex workflows to structured requirements and prioritized problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; can present to VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Product contact and trusted advisor for banking and insurance clients.
• Lead discovery engagements to surface automation opportunities and client needs.
• Translate workflows into structured product requirements with engineering teams.
