Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager who will design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work hands-on with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and data platforms, translating ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integrations and distributed production systems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, etc.
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs and implementations in large enterprise or professional services.
• 10+ years in client-facing communication and collaboration leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases, and define technical solutions—often from evolving requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms).
• Rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into real environments.
• Serve as the technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
