Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients, partners, and product teams to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows.

You will integrate LLMs with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and data platforms, while guiding architecture, security, and governance. Strong engineering depth and client-facing communication are required for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integration and production systems
• 2+ years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience
• 5+ years translating business needs into technical designs in large enterprises or professional services
• 5+ years experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms)
• 5+ years of client-facing communication and delivery leadership in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business problems and define AI use cases
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automations
• Serve as technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
• Drive solution architecture including prompt design, API integrations, and knowledge integration
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, and scalable deployment across environments
