Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager to design, prototype, deploy, and scale end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce to translate ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI workflows.

The role demands strong engineering depth, clear communication, and a builder’s mindset. Expect frequent client interaction, leadership in solution architecture, and accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years software engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java) with API integration and building distributed, production systems.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
• Workflow orchestration and agent frameworks experience.
• Enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms, etc.).
• 10+ years translating high-level business needs into concrete technical designs in large enterprise settings.
• 10+ years of client-facing communication and collaboration, leading technical discussions under ambiguity.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent OR 12 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand problems, shape AI use cases, and define solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations in production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure technically sound and business-valued outcomes.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, and enterprise knowledge integration.
• Own solutions from concept to production and ongoing iteration with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for secure, scalable AI deployment.
