Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager to lead end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will design, prototype, deploy, and scale AI workflows that integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and data platforms.

You will work hands-on with clients and internal teams, translating ambiguous business needs into production-grade AI services. Travel 25%–75% is expected as projects span multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years software engineering experience with production systems.
• Minimum 2 years experience with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Experience translating high-level business needs into technical designs in large enterprise settings.
• Strong client-facing communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to shape AI use cases and define technical solutions.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and data platforms.
• Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations into production.
• Bridge product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
• Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, governance, and security.
