Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience recommended.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to navigate basic computer applications and branch automation tools.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and to work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through transactions and service excellence.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and refer opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and branch training to improve performance.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
