The Husband & Wife Law Team is seeking a Client Experience Specialist - Trainer to transform client feedback into practical training, coaching, and stronger service delivery. You will run live training, perform quality assurance, and support cross-functional teams while engaging with weekends and holidays as needed.

Ideal candidates are service-minded, organized, and capable of collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and managers to move cases forward and enhance client interactions.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of proven relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of personal injury cases or litigation is a plus.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Service-minded, highly organized and cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live training for cohorts and onboarding.
• Audit client calls and provide objective feedback for team members.
• Maintain frontline credibility by handling client queues and follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and departments to resolve concerns.
• Document interactions and coaching insights for timely updates.
• Prepare learning content, guides, FAQs, and assessments.
• Share trends with managers to align service priorities.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills.
