Find Great People | FGP is seeking an engaging Corporate Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across our law firm. The role focuses on onboarding, skills development, client service excellence, and adult learning.

You will collaborate with leadership to tailor programs for paralegals, case managers, intake specialists, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, OD, or related field required.
• 3+ years of corporate training, learning and development experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience creating training materials and learning programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding, skills development, compliance, and professional growth training programs for paralegals, case managers, intake specialists, and legal support staff.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions focused on client service, legal processes, case management systems, communication skills, and operational best practices.
• Assess training needs through collaboration with leadership, department managers, and employees to identify knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
• Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, e-learning modules, and other learning resources to support employee success.
• Track and measure training effectiveness through assessments, employee feedback, performance metrics, and ongoing coaching initiatives.
• Support new hire onboarding programs to ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed from day one.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional development.

• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms.
• Experience in a law firm, legal services, healthcare, insurance, or customer service environment is a plus.
