- Strong facilitation and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging live training for active cohorts, onboarding, and targeted client communication skills.
- Audit client calls and translate observations into actionable feedback for teams.
- Maintain frontline credibility by handling client calls and follow-through.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and departments to resolve client concerns.
- Document client interactions and coaching insights clearly for teams.
- Prepare tailored learning content, FAQs, guides, and assessments.
