Job summary

BWFA is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate in Columbia, MD. This in-person role supports advisors and enhances client service by handling onboarding, account actions, and client communications.

The position requires strong communication, 3–10 years in client services, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Schwab platforms are preferred. You will work closely with the COO, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 3–10 years in a client services role at a financial services firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM preferred.
• Experience with Charles Schwab advisor platform preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound client calls and emails and address needs or direct to the right team.
• Assist onboarding activities, complete paperwork and rollover calls.
• Process account service requests and document money movements.
• Coordinate transfer of assets from other institutions for onboarding.
• Schedule client meetings and prepare materials for meetings.
• Research and resolve routine to complex client issues.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update client information and documentation.
