Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisor teams and clients through account operations, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance.

The CSA will build foundational technical knowledge, develop client communication skills, and manage custodial work with guidance from senior team members, taking ownership from initiation to completion while escalating complex matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Process account onboarding and prepare advisory agreements.
• Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance through resolution.
• Handle asset movement requests including checks, wires, ACH, and journals.
• Support retirement account rollovers and asset reconciliation.
• Assist with subdocument processing and client profiles.
• Coordinate offboarding notifications and manage returned mail.
• Provide proactive client communications and ensure accuracy of custodian work.
