Job summary

You will coordinate onboarding, manage communications, support account operations, and help organize client events, contributing to the Private Wealth Management business. The role emphasizes collaboration with Advisors, maintaining the CRM, handling client requests, preparing paperwork, and ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry and/or administrative work experience.
• Active SIE Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63/65 licenses or willingness to obtain within 18 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn PW technology platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational ability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and client communications with Financial Advisor(s).
• Support account operations and documentation.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and events.
• Maintain CRM and client service models.
• Assist with client appointments and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality in all activities.
• Back-up to other teams as needed.
