Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisor teams and clients through account operations, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance. You will build foundational technical knowledge, develop client communication skills, and learn custodial work with guidance from senior team members, owning tasks from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services or a related industry.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems and custodial platforms preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Process account onboarding and prepare Advisory & custodial agreements.
• Manage custodial inquiries and account maintenance through resolution.
• Handle asset movement requests including wires, ACH, and journals.
• Support retirement account rollovers with guidance.
• Assist with Subdocument processing and client profile sheets.
• Coordinate offboarding notifications and manage returned mail accounts.
• Provide proactive client and advisor communication on account matters.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of custodian work.
