You will handle inquiries, coordinate with the team, manage office operations, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts while offering Life, Auto, Home, and Business insurance options. Internal growth opportunities exist for driven candidates.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to relate to customers and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with team members.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Property and Casualty License and Life License if you do not have, please be willing to Obtain

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries about insurance.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business growth.
• Manage office operations: phones, cleanliness, walk-ins, opening/closing, and assist sales staff.
• Offer all State Farm products (Life, Auto, Home, Business).
• Explain Billing and Take Payments.
• Assist the Agent with Marketing ideas.
