Job summary

Great Lakes Industrial seeks a Client Experience Representative in Buffalo Grove to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within manufacturing and distribution. You will lead outbound and inbound outreach, qualify leads, and coordinate quotes with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and retention.

Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in inside sales or account management, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn technical product specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–7 years in inside sales or account management, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.
• Grow assigned account revenue through outbound calls, emails, and account reviews.
• Develop multi-year account plans with sales leadership and track progress against targets.
• Respond promptly to inbound calls and emails from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Qualify leads and route or convert leads according to sales processes.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex escalations while maintaining CRM docs.
• Monitor order patterns and address at-risk accounts to minimize churn.
• Stay current on product specs and industry trends relevant to accounts.
• Provide regular reporting on activity, pipeline status, and results.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
