Job summary

Great Lakes Industrial is seeking a Client Experience Representative to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in the manufacturing and distribution sector. This role combines proactive account management with lead qualification via outbound and inbound emails and calls generated by marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in inside sales or related roles, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience with CRM software (Zoho) and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or related role.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Qualify leads and respond to inquiries via email/phone.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing requests promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations.
• Provide regular reporting on activity and sales results.
