• Process transactions including check cashing, deposits, fund verification and balance inquiries, loan payments and other routine banking tasks.
• Maintain compliance with cash handling procedures and balancing requirements.
• Follow customer identification procedures for secure service.
• Provide prompt support in person and via telephone.
• Complete all mandatory compliance and training courses on time.
