Qualifications

• One year (within last five) of branch teller and/or new accounts experience.
• Two years of recent experience opening business checking and trust accounts, preferred.
• Effective public speaking and presentation skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with account transactions and inquiries, wire transfer requests and related currency.
• Monitor, balance, and safeguard cash and coin in the drawer.
• Complete required reports documenting cash or negotiable instruments.
• Update and close consumer checking/savings accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Assist clients with fraudulent activity dispute forms.
• Review ATM deposits to identify risks and initiate holds or corrective actions.
