American Amicable Group is seeking a Client Experience Representative to serve as the front line for policyholders, agents, and internal customers. You will identify needs and deliver excellent service across multiple channels, helping clients feel confident and secure about their future.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong phone, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chats, written correspondence, and email to resolve inquiries and provide policy information.
• Explain policy coverage information and answer questions and concerns.
• Determine routing of requests for review and follow up with customers as needed.
• Update policies, maintain service logs, and develop knowledge of products and policies.
• Maintain a positive demeanor in a high-call center environment while meeting personal and department goals.
• Operate in compliance with laws, contractual obligations, and the company compliance program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
