Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions, is seeking a customer service professional in Florida. The role handles inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring responses within SLA and maintaining accurate client records.

You will use Paychex systems such as HRIS and Salesforce, develop product knowledge, and document interactions while prioritizing tasks to support clients and colleagues in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality service to Paychex clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
• Follows up on outstanding items to issue completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements
• Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of one or more Paychex products
• Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
• Documents all client interactions
