Job summary

First Commercial Bank in Jackson, MS seeks a Client Services Advisor to be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients. You will uphold the Bank’s Client Experience Commitment in every interaction and support day-to-day sales and operations for the office.

You will answer questions, process new accounts, maintain accounts, process wires, and perform other banking services while coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in universal banker or personal banker/financial services role preferred.
• Strong client service skills and ability to interact tactfully with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Commit to the Bank’s Client Experience Commitment in all interactions with clients and internal partners.
• Answer client questions regarding products and services.
• Process transactions per the Bank’s policies: new account opening, maintenance, and other account activities.
• Research and resolve client issues by liaising between clients and internal departments.
• Assist with online banking requests, disputes, stop payments, and wire transfers.
• Keep up-to-date with products, policies, and procedures and communicate changes to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and support team efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
