The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking a customer service and office administration professional to be the first point of contact for clients. You will handle inbound calls, schedule estimates, manage leads, and perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your role requires a positive attitude, professional phone presence, and the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using office technology (phones, computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.).
• Ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, route messages, and follow up promptly on inquiries.
• Schedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platforms.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communication.
• Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers.
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and correspondence.
• Process credit card payments accurately and securely.
• Monitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Support office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
