The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is seeking an enthusiastic office receptionist/administrative assistant to join the San Antonio team. You will be the first voice customers hear, handle calls, schedule estimates, and support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using office technology (phones, computers, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, etc.)
• Ability to learn quickly and accept both positive and constructive feedback.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, route messages, and follow up promptly on inquiries.
• Schedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platforms.
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communication.
• Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers.
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, copying, and correspondence.
• Process credit card payments accurately and securely.
• Monitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Support office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needs.
