• Build lasting client relationships through personalized service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out and payment processing.
• Book/modify/cancel appointments and handle inquiries professionally.
• Use SEV SKIN booking and client-management systems accurately.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean front-desk area.
• Support inventory, training, and team onboarding as needed.
