You will drive sales through clientelling, engage with customers, and represent the Talbots brand with integrity and hospitality. This role supports flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prospect and build a strong clientele from existing and new customers.
• Strong ambition to achieve goals and thrive in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and friendly.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create hospitality culture through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers and Concierge usage.
• Achieve sales and service metrics via Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs through curious, confident conversations.
• Share products and fashion trends to wardrobe and build trust.
• Participate in community/store activities promoting the Talbots Brand.
• Lead/supervise others occasionally and handle opening/closing.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
