Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Experience & Risk Optimization to lead risk-based initiatives from intake to resolution. You will build an operating model integrating risk, analytics, and project execution, and lead Analysts across Audit, PG, and CERO.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports with Power BI/Tableau, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Client Services, and Tech, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance performance and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of operations, analytics, risk, or process improvement experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong dashboard and KPI development skills.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Audit, PG, and CERO analytics and reporting programs.
• Develop operating model integrating risk management and project execution.
• Coach and develop Analysts; manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Drive process improvements and automation across functions.
• Ensure risk-based initiatives are structured with clear owners and milestones.
