Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in operations, contract support, healthcare or risk management.
• Strong documentation, data-tracking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Legal, Finance, Analytics, and Client Services.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting/dashboards.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving them to closure.
• Experience analyzing data and building dashboards for insights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized PG database (Jira Assets) and update awarded PGs, amendments, and new implementations.
• Reconcile PG data into Snowflake/Tableau for dashboards and risk visibility.
• Design and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting on PG performance and risk exposure.
• Analyze PG trends and compliance metrics; identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Support client scorecard generation by standardizing PG data sources.
• Document end-to-end PG lifecycle and clarify ownership.
• Manage PG data source inventory and governance flags.
• Support governance of risk events through identify–assign–track–close workflows.
• Assist automation of manual reporting and improve data quality.
• Plan and execute risk-based initiatives end to end with cross-functional partners.
• Support client audit activities and broader contractual-guarantee visibility.
