Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Client Experience Representative in Waco, TX for a temp-to-hire role with a life insurance company. You will be the frontline contact for policyholders and agents in a fast-paced call center.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email; explaining policy coverage; updating records; and routing complex requests to the right department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and written correspondence.
• Assist customers with policy information, inquiries, and requests.
• Explain policy coverage and address questions or concerns clearly and professionally.
• Route complex requests to appropriate departments when needed.
• Provide timely and accurate follow-up to customers.
• Make updates to policies and maintain detailed service logs.
• Develop a strong understanding of company products and services.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume call center environment.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet team and departmental goals.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
