Job summary

Dogtopia in Atlanta seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to be the first contact for prospective pet parents. You’ll combine customer service, inside sales, and relationship building to show families everything Dogtopia offers.

A large part of your day involves making outbound calls and persistent follow-ups to turn such leads into enrollments, with daily interactions across phone, text, and email.

Qualifications

• Loves talking with people and delivers excellent service.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective clients.
• Respond to web leads quickly and professionally.
• Schedule Meet & Greets for new dogs.
• Follow up with missed appointments and inactive leads.
• Build relationships with prospective pet parents through phone, text, and email.
• Educate clients on daycare, boarding, spa services, and enrollment options.
• Maintain notes and follow-up schedules in our CRM.
• Assist with special sales campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Support social media engagement and client outreach projects.
