Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, promote hospital services, and educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service while supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and evening shifts are required at times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience preferred with customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and ensure client and pet comfort.
• Handle client documentation, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Assist with dispensing prescription items and retail sales.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
