Qualifications

Experience on a customer service team with knowledge of customer service processes and applicable regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to explain complex issues clearly.
Knowledge of business operations across more than two areas.
Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships without direct leadership authority.

Responsibilities
