• Prepare and summarize client meetings; schedule, enter data, and follow up.
• Ensure new business paperwork is accurate and submitted to home office; track insurance applications and rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events; manage compliance documentation and reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties: answer phones, process reports, prepare client documents.
