Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is expanding its operations team and seeking a Client Service Associate to support advisors and branch operations. You will assemble and analyze client data, help prepare financial plans, and process transactions with accuracy and discretion.

You’ll communicate with advisors, bank partners and clients by phone and email, schedule meetings, update CRM, and assist with onboarding and documentation in a collaborative office setting with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisors in servicing clients and processing transactions.
• Prepare financial plans and conduct investment research as needed.
