Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; enter data into contact manager and provide follow-up.
• Ensure new business paperwork is complete and coordinate rollovers.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage marketing documentation.
